Our world is calling for new ways of thinking about and practicing leadership – processes that are generative, engaging, inclusive, nimble, authentic, mindful, and result in human flourishing. The Leading to Well-Being Conference, initiated in 2010 and co-sponsored by the Center for Consciousness and Transformation (CCT) and Mason Leads at George Mason University, includes notable scholars and industry leaders addressing innovations in leadership and well-being.
The concept of Leading to Well-Being starts with the individual and then engages others in the exploration of meaning, purpose, positive relationships, and mindfulness.
